Thank you for shopping with Duachaka Her! Below are some shop policies. By making a purchase from this shop, you have agreed to these terms. Please feel free to email me at hello@duachakaher.com with any questions or clarifications.

CANCELLATIONS

Sometimes I process orders the same business day. If you ordered a wrong item, used an incorrect shipping address, or would like to cancel your order, please email me as soon as possible or within an hour from the time you placed your order. After that, I cannot guarantee I will be able to cancel your order. I cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped and cannot cancel an order with any digital items/PDF downloads.

REFUNDS / RETURNS

Due to the nature of my items, there will be NO RETURNS on any items (both physical and digital/PDF downloads) unless package and contents were damaged during transit (with photo proof). ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please email me if you have any issues with your order.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE / EXCHANGES

If you received an item that was damaged during transit, please email me within 7 business days of receiving it and include a photograph proof. Please ship the item back to me in the original package, if possible. Customer will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees. Once I receive the package, I can either refund you the original full amount, or ship a new product to you (if available) at no extra charge.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

All physical merchandise are shipped from the United States. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days from the date of purchase, unless it's a bulk order, during holiday seasons, or should an emergency outside of my control arise. 

Digital goods are sent to customer's email immediately after time of purchase. Be sure to check your junk mail should you not find it in your inbox.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES)

At this time, I am slowly re-opening to international orders (outside of the United States). If you do not see your country listed for shipping, please email me and I will try to see if I can ship to your country. I will be using USPS (United States Postal Service) to ship international orders. Please note that I will not ship to countries currently suspended.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes that are due. I will not be collecting, remitting, or responsible for any fees. Customers are responsible for monitoring and attaining their package from customs.

Should a package get sent back to me, I will notify you and you could either 1) Pay for shipping again or 2) Get refunded for the value of the item(s) minus shipping costs (should the items be in acceptable, sellable condition).

DIGITAL/PDF DOWNLOADS

Digital goods are usually emailed immediately to customer's email after purchase. Should you not find the email in your inbox, be sure to double check your junk mailbox as well. Should you not find it there either, please email me.

LOST PACKAGES / MAIL THEFT

Sometimes things get lost in the mail and I understand your frustration; however, customers are responsible for tracking and retrieving their package(s) in a timely manner. I cannot refund you for any stolen or lost packages if your package was considered "Delivered," by the postal carrier and you are unable to locate it afterwards. If you live in an apartment complex or have suspicions of mail theft, please consider having your package(s) delivered to a more secure location (workplace, someone else's house). If package was shipped insured, customer is responsible for filing a claim for lost/stolen packages with the appropriate mail carrier.

I DO NOT REFUND LOST/STOLEN packages. If postal carrier is unable to locate the package, customer will need to place another order should they wish to receive the items.

BULK ORDERING / WHOLESALE ORDERS

Questions regarding ordering items in bulk or wholesale orders, please email me.

TAX-EXEMPT ORDERS

If you have tax-exemption status (is a school or non-profit organization) and would like to place an order, please EMAIL ME FIRST before placing an order so that I can add you as a tax-exempt customer.

If you happened to place your order already before contacting me, you will see sales tax charged to your order. I will be able to refund you the sales tax charge only if you email me a tax exempt certificate to verify your exemption status.
