Thank you for shopping with Duachaka Her! Below are some shop policies. If you purchase an item from the shop, it is expected that you have read and agreed to these terms. Please feel free to email me at email@example.com with any questions or clarifications.
Sometimes I process orders the same business day. If you would like to cancel your order, please email me as soon as possible or within an hour from the time you placed your order. I cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped.
REFUNDS / RETURNS
Due to the nature of my items, there will be NO RETURNS on any items (both physical and digital/PDF downloads) unless package and contents were damaged during transit. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please email me if you have an issue with your order.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE / EXCHANGES
If you received an item that was damaged during transit, please email me as soon as possible and include a photograph as proof. Please ship the item back to me in the original package, if possible. Customer will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees. Once I receive the package, I can either refund you the original full amount, or ship a new product to you (if available) at no extra charge.
All physical merchandise are shipped from the United States. Orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days from date of purchase.
Due to the small nature of my shop, I currently DO NOT ship internationally (outside of the United States) at this time. I apologize ahead of time for the inconvenience, but will work out a solution in the future to make my items available internationally.
LOST PACKAGES / MAIL THEFT
Sometimes things get lost in the mail and I understand your frustration; however, customers are responsible for tracking and retrieving their package(s) in a timely manner. I cannot refund you for any stolen or lost packages if your package was considered "Delivered," by the postal carrier and you are unable to locate it afterwards. If you live in an apartment complex or have suspicions of mail theft, please consider having your package(s) delivered to a more secure location (workplace, someone else's house). If package was shipped insured, customer is responsible for filing a claim for lost/stolen packages with USPS website. Again, I cannot refund lost/stolen packages. If postal carrier is unable to locate the package, customer will need to place another order if they wish to receive the items still.
BULK ORDERING / WHOLESALE ORDERS

If you have tax-exemption status (is a school or non-profit organization) and would like to place an order, please EMAIL ME FIRST before placing an order so that I can add you as a tax-exempt customer.
If you happened to place your order already before contacting me, you will see sales tax charged to your order. I will be able to refund you the sales tax charge only if you email me a tax exempt certificate to verify your exemption status.
